Our client is a leading FOREX Broker Firm with offices in Limassol. Due to the expansion of their operations we are seeking to recruit on their behalf for client retention account managers.

Job Purpose:

Develop and maintain excellent relations with existing clients resulting in increased levels of client retention. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our clients


Responsibilities:

Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of services in order to understand clients’ needs
Market Review on a daily basis
Informing clients about new promotions
Acting as the focal point of contact for the client

Requirements:

Previous experience in another FOREX company in client retention, sales or customer support
Excellent communicating skills
Attention to detail
Fluent in Serbian
