ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client an interactive marketing firm consisting of experts in affiliate management, SEO / SEM (Search Engine Optimization / Marketing), Media buying and more. Their "traffic network" consists of wide variety of verticals, from informational portals, to blogs, ad campaigns and more. As our field is extremely vibrant and dynamic weincorporate new lead generation tools constantly. Their main focus in on eGaming.
Their lead generation methods include:
• SEO - They run a large network of portals in different verticals.
• SEM / Media Buying - Campaign management and optimization in many local markets
• Affiliate Management - Offering merchants access to hard to get traffic as well as offering affiliates a lucrative way to monetize on their traffic.
Due to expansion of their operations they are seeking to recruit Affiliate Team Leader for their new branch in Limassol which will begin operations in July 2013.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Manage a team of Affiliate Account Managers
• Create & follow annual budgets to ensure growth in revenues
• Manage & lead communications and support strategy for existing affiliates and merchants
• Manage & lead new partnerships and diversify media channels
• Managing the growth of the network by recruiting more affiliates & agents
• Managing the collection and distribution of information from merchants
• Building work plans ,monitoring ,edecution and reporting
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Management in Internet Companies
• Experience in the e Gaming is an advantage
• Excellent command of the English language
• A degree in marketing or digital marketing will be an advantage
• Other languages will be considered an advantage (Scandinavian languages; Swedish , Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Finnish, Dutch ,German
• Experience in management
• Business /Marketing orientation
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Ability to multitask
• Enthusiasm ,passion for the profession
• Thinking outside the box
• Excellent social skills
• Ability to manage work processes and motivated others
• A constant desire to learn and develop
