Our client, an established forex company in Limassol is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Executive, responsible for the performance and development of the forex department
Requirements:
• Years of experience in the forex market
• Project manager, involved in the development processes of the company
• Member of the senior management or involved in the decision making process
• Financial background with considerable knowledge of IT
• to be familiar with the role and activities of the marketing department as well as key processes
• experience in creation of marketing campaigns is advantage
• MBA in economics or similar field
• He/she will lead a team and train them also
• Systems to be used are MetaTrader trading platform, combined with third party CRM software as well as internally developed solutions
• Excellent command of the English language
Education and Experience
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce or a related field
• Outstanding sales skills
• Knowledge of sales principles and methods
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
Key Qualifications
• Fluency in English
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Persuasiveness
• Problem solving
• Customer service orientation
• Initiative
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• High energy level
• References
Location: Their offices are located in Limassol
Remuneration: Remuneration starts from 2000-4000 Euros gross. Also excellent team leader commissions.
