Job Description
Our Company is seeking to recruit a Korean speaking Sales Account Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Provide customers with product and service information
• Upsell products and services
• Research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Responsible for meeting revenue targets
• Monitoring and retaining trader's accounts
• Client Support - Ensure personal contact is maintained to trader's via phone, email and on line chat
Required Qualifications
Qualifications required:

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service/sales related position
• Excellent communication & organisation skills
• Fluency in English and Korean (both written and verbal)
• Motivated, hardworking and a team player
