Our offshore client looks to recruit exiting, vibrant, highly motivated professionals to join its expanding offices in Nicosia for the following position in their Accounting Department, as listed below:

Client Accountant

This role will involve managing the bookkeeping of companies administered by their clients’ accounts preparation for a large portfolio of managed companies, the liaison with clients, auditors, tax authorities and other parties in connection therewith. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the accounts with minimal input from senior management and should possess the following competencies:

• Be a qualified or partly qualified ACCA or hold equivalent qualification
• A minimum of two years experience with a reputable firm in local and international audit engagements
• Excellent communication, co-ordination and management skills for running day-to-day matters and liaison with clients
• Ability to deal with VAT matters
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to provide support on technical and issues resolve problems quickly and efficiently
•Excellent command of English and Russian languages
• The ability to be a team player
