Main Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to potential clients.
- Engage with prospective customers over the phone daily to create new opportunities.
- Assist clients with account opening, onboarding procedures and deposit.
- Actively following up on queries from clients and making sure they receive the very best of our service and support in a timely and accurate manner.
- Meet sales targets on a consistent basis as outlined by Sales Management
- Introduce the Company’s client area to all new clients and explain how to utilize the tools available to them.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s legal and compliance guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of proven experience Conversion Agent in the FX/CFD and online trading industry or in retail tele-sales
- Outstanding sales, customer service, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized & diligent, detail & target-oriented, competitive, persistent and have the desire to succeed.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese, Czech or Slovak
