Our client, a very well-established management company, is looking to recruit an Accountant for their offices in Nicosia. The role is offered on a 2-months contract with a possibility of an extension or even permanent employment. They need someone with experience who can take over and help with the workload.
Company's Profile:
The company provides management services to international real estate developers and investors who focus on the UK market and they have their financial headquarters in Nicosia. They provide in an exceptional level all the back-office services for bookkeeping, accounting, financial control, banking activities, HR, payroll, finance and funding applications, overheads management and company secretarial to a wide range of clients based in Cyprus and UK.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Chief Accountant to review financial records and draft financial reports
Submit the reports to project managers, directors and the authorities where relevant
Reconciliation on Accounting reports (working with data system)
Requirements:
(semi-) ACA / ACCA or similar qualification
Demonstrable recent experience as an Accountant and international statements
Strong command of English
Available as soon as possible
The company offers a salary of 3,000-3,300 euros gross per month for qualified candidates.
The working hours are 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch break.
