Limassol
Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire an Arabic-speaking Retention Agent.
Responsibilities:
Promote the company's product and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Ensure clients receive the highest level of services at all times
Educate clients on how to use the company's trading platforms
Keep up to date with the financial markets
Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English language both oral and written
Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills
At least 6 months experience in the same role in FX
Dynamic, innovative and target driven
Ability to work in pressure in a fast-moving environment
Cypriot citizenship / EU Work permit is a must
The working hours are Monday to Friday 12:00- 21:00
