Our client is a Group of Companies with several Forex Brokers within the group and they are looking to recruit an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to head up the marketing function of the Group and reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing, creating and leading the implementation of the Marketing company strategy/ planning and advertising initiatives
Responsible to manage and develop the annual marketing budget and plan accordingly
Work with different departments and external agencies to achieve all marketing goals consistently and executed on time
Implement and monitor campaign results, analyse and optimize key metrics (CPAs, CTRs, Profit Margins and ROI)
Marketing Management - Tactical Planning - Implementation & Monitoring of Marketing Activities
Marketing Project Forecast & Budget Management
Monitor campaign results, analyse and optimize key metrics (CPAs, CTRs, Profit Margins and ROI)
Research and implement latest industry trends and best practices
Oversee all general market research including competitor activities
Monitor and improve all activities on social media outlets, forums and blogs
Report results to the senior management team on a regular basis
Ensure all promotional company material is current and up to date
Qualifications :
University Degree in a relevant field of study
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
Strong experience in a similar leadership role in Forex, Binary or Gaming industry
Responsible to develop, lead and manage a successful team
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
Ability to emphasize on ROI and take necessary measures if/when needed
Additional Benefits & Remuneration package:
An attractive remuneration package from 4500 - 5000 Euros gross plus performance bonuses will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience
