Our client is a fast-growing hospitality business in Paphos and they are looking for an effective Finance Manager to plan, implement, manage and run all the finance activities of the company.

Responsibilities:
Collect and analyse the data for informed decisions making
Prepare management accounts
Budgeting and forecasting
Taking ownership of cross-departmental collaboration
Management and motivation of accounting team
Perform risk management by analysing the organization's liabilities
Analyse the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and propose corrective actions
Manage vendor relationships
Timely receivables collection
Tax planning and compliance
Cash flow planning
Reporting to shareholders
Overseeing statutory audit
Requirements/ Skills/ Qualities:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Officer
Previous big 4 experience is an advantage
Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
Fluent English (Greek is an advantage)
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; Professional qualifications are an advantage
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (advanced user)
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
