Our client is a Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) and a part of a global group offering access investments and professional technology solutions to clients and they are looking to hire a Call Monitoring Officer to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis
Quality Assurance Performance
Quantity/Deadlines
Provides feedback data to management
He/She will be required to have critical & logical thinking, analysis & research skills
Optional - Fast typing skills
Requirements:
Knowledge of computer operations - Good Excel/World
Be a good listener
Ability to work under pressure
Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast paced team environment
Efficient Typing Skills/Reports
Creative ability & writing proficiency in English and fluent Arabic, German, Italian or Spanish will be considered an advantage
Strong critical thinking skills
Experience with Forex Industry for at least one year
