Limassol
Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire an Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Implement accounting records of day to day financial transactions based of accounting policies and standards
Provide accurate, timely and relevant recording/reporting of financial information
Examining bank statements and reconcile with general ledger entries
Reconcile of payable and receivable accounts
Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Prepare financial reports and management accounts
Preparation of daily bank balances
Ensure timely bank payments
Maintains historical records by filing documents
Requirements:
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration will considered as an advantage
Proven bookkeeping experience for at least 2-3 years
Previous experience with Payment Provider (PSP's) will be considered as advantage
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of SAP and/or NetSuite will be considered as an advantage
Background with currency/crypto exchanges will be considered as advantage
Advanced MS Excel skills
Basic knowledge on VAT and Tax regulations.
The working hours are 09:00 -18:00 Monday - Friday
Salary of up to €2,300 Euros gross, depending on experience + medical insurance
