Job Description

Our client is a professional and well-established Forex Trading Company and they are looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of English/ Arabic speaking Sales Representative for their office in Larnaca. The ideal candidate will be a driven relationship builder as the role will be converting first time deposits and by strong customer relationship management retaining their business. If you speak native English then this opportunity as English sales representative would also be a great career move in joining a well-established brand. There are opportunities to grow into a Retention role.

The training will start on the 01/09 - 04/09 and those that pass will be given permanent employment contracts and paid from the 07/09 which is the official start date. 

Responsibilities:

Promote the Company's products and services 

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients 

Conduct business development 

Help maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation 

Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times 

Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and the factors that influence them 

Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation 

Skills:

(Near) Native in English speaker 

Good Arabic communication skills

Experience in Forex is a plus

University graduates with Finance related degree will be considered an advantage 

Proven track record of success in sales and business development 

Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills 

Must be efficient and organized 

Excellent tele sales skills 

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals 

Dynamic, innovative and target driven 

Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/ manage others in a fast paced & dynamic environment 

Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business 

Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment 

EU-citizen / work permit is a must

The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:30pm

The company is offering a salary of 1,300 Euros gross per month plus medical insurance plus guaranteed bonus of 300 Euros for the first 3 months and thereafter the guaranteed bonus will fall away and replaced with commissions and a salary review. For experienced candidates they can be flexible on the salary offered.
