Our client a leading Forex Broker, a well-established international investment firm that has become a true industry leader, with offices in Europe is seeking to recruit AML Officer Assistants to join their team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Responding to AML/CFT compliance queries received from Trading Point’s personnel and counterparties
- Providing guidance and training to staff on AML/CFT risk awareness
- Identifying, examining and reporting any suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing
- Conducting investigations and preparing analytical reports
- Conducting client reviews and due diligence
- Communicating with clients and updating client files, risk classification and escalating cases to the AML Officer
- Performing Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence procedures for new and existing customers
- Working with business units to resolve account opening issues and obtain necessary information during investigations
Job Requirements
- Degree in law, business, finance, economics or a related field
- Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
- CySEC advanced certification or CySEC AML certification will be a plus
- Basic accounting skills is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
