We are a business consultancy firm headquartered in London with a local branch in Cyprus. We are looking for a self-employed lawyer who can work with us on case-by-case basis. This role is a self-employed role and will fit someone who likes to work on case-by-case basis in a flexible environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to Branch Manager. Undertaking any kind of corporate procedures in the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver (Cyprus) and communicating/liaising with or attend to the Government Departments. Conducting Cyprus Company Formations. Registering a branch or a subsidiary of international firm in Cyprus. Opening of Bank Accounts in Cyprus or abroad for registered companies.
Law Degree.
The successful candidate should be a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
Interested to work as a self-employed individual.
You can work from home or from our office.
Able to attend the meetings in our office twice a week.

Fluent in English and Native in Greek.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
