Paphos
Our client is an international sales channel providing services for regulated companies in the Forex/Commodities market and they are looking to recruit further Sales Agents/Account Managers to join their offices in Paphos.
The successful candidates will be individually mentored by a Senior Account Manager with the ultimate goal for sales agents to become Account Managers.
Duties include:
You will be the first point of contact with clients.
Building & maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Assisting new clients who have shown an interest in opening a trading account.
Gain understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products.
Gain understanding of what motivates clients.
You will pitch and promote company products over the phone to potential clients in an effective manner
Ability to maximise all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable.
Entering and updating client information into the internal CRM System.
Requirements:
The ability and desire to sell and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
Successful candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages: German, Spanish or Arabic would be of interest.
Good computer skills with working knowledge of Word/Excel.
Characteristics: highly self-motivated, persuasive, positive attitude, drive to meet targets, outgoing bubbly personality, good work ethic and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
Previous sales or customer service experience will be considered a significant advantage.
Capability to flourish in a competitive, fast paced sales environment.
Package:
Basic Salary: from 1,500 gross upwards based on experience
Hours: 9 Hour Shifts [Monday – Friday
