Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading service offices company, we are looking to recruit a Community/ Customer Services Manager for their offices based in Limassol.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for any newcomer, walk-in, potential member, or existing member including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Act as a community catalyst and maintain a healthy relationship with members on a daily basis and during programs and activation functions
  • Work to generate leads, member acquisition, and sign-ups for hot desks, event spaces & meeting spaces.
  • Onboard new members and office dwellers making sure their space requirements are met at least 48hrs prior to move in date.
  • Lead on growing our local Service Partner portfolio by identifying and on boarding leads, and managing the relationship and referrals throughout the agreement duration.
  • Work toward building an interesting neighborhood discount and services offering for the community.
  • Conduct private office tours when needed, making sure to collect all the relevant data necessary for generating proposals.
  • Always work to up-sell and cross sell products and services including locking in add-on services such as phone-lines, internet upgrades, parking etc..
  • Lead on all event management activities
  • Contribute to keeping space looking good, clean & tidy and implementing ideas to enhance look and functionality

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Hospitality / Customer Service/Public Relations
  • Experience in serviced offices business is a plus
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages
  • Russian language will be consider an advantage
  • Customer oriented person
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizing skills
