Job Description

StaffMatters is working with a leading international online gaming and sports betting company that are in the process of expanding their operations to Cyprus. With over 500 staff and established in 1998, Cyprus is their latest addition to their network of offices.

They are looking to hire an experienced Sports Betting Operations Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol.

Reporting to the Director of Sports, this exciting role would be ideally suited to an experienced Greek speaking Sportsbook professional with a proven history of managing a team and a desire to grow one of the global leaders in sports betting on the Cypriot market.

The position will be responsible for:
Responsibility for day to day running of sportsbook operations
Implement and manage sportsbook strategy as set out by business leadership
Strategic accountability for local market and third-party management
Continually monitoring the local market to identify opportunities to improve the sportsbook product and provide our customers with the market leading experience
Working with our performance management team to achieve KPI’s
Responsibility for developing promotions and handling interactions with local regulatory bodies
Being the voice of the Cypriot customers, collecting feedback and understanding the expectations of our clients

The working hours will be Monday – Friday from 11am – 7pm.

The Company is offering a competitive salary of up to 2500 Euros gross per month based on experience plus company benefits
