Our client is a well established online exchange which buys and sells Cryptocurrencies and they are looking for a German Back Office Officer to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Customer account establishment, maintenance and closure procedures
Receive and review client documents and file/scan appropriately customer identification process KYC
Continuously liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
Process clients deposits and withdrawals
Record keeping procedures
Monitor sales
Any other assigned tasks by management
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or in a related discipline
Must be able to perform and intensive highly responsible job accurately and quickly
Fluent in German, any other language will be considered an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a Back Office role in a financial services company will be considered an advantage
Timely completion of individual/ team work
Demonstration and willingness to contribute to team beyond own immediate tasks
Right to work in Cyprus with no restrictions
Ability to work shifts on rotation 9am-9pm on rotation
