Job Description
Our client is a well -established investment firm with over 20 years of experience in the trading industry and is one of the leading CFD and spread betting providers with headquarters in Limassol. They are currently looking to hire a Retail Central Filing Officer. The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of the Chinese Language.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and review documents of Retail clients
- Continuously liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation
- Process applications for the opening of new client's accounts into the Company's software
- Amend existing Client Accounts (i.e. Valid Documents, updated information)
- Amend client's accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company's software
- Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on account opening process as well as amending existing accounts
- Validate provided documentation with an independent third-party electronic verification provider (e.g. RDC)
- Ensure that all necessary documentations are collected and update the Company's software about the collection of these documents
- Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaire, Know Your Client information) in electronic form
- Perform translation review of client documents
- Refer any complex issues to the department Supervisor
- Identify potentially unusual, suspicious or fraudulent documentation and refer these to the department Supervisor
- In addition to these duties, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer's business.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience/Knowledge of the financial markets
- Good knowledge of the Chinese Language
- Shift work: morning afternoon and evening shifts
Working Hours:
- Afternoon shift: 4:00 PM-01:00 AM
- Morning: 08:00-17:00
