Paphos
Our company, a Paphos based law firm, is looking to employ one capable and enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate Department. The job responsibilities and tasks include the following:
- Preparation, review and submission of applications for residence permits, including registration of European Union citizens, temporary residence permits for third country nationals and work permits for employees of International Business Companies.
- Accompanying clients to the District Immigration Office.
- Preparation, review and submission of documents for the opening of bank accounts, both for individuals and companies.
- Accompanying clients to bank branches in Paphos or other districts as may be required.
- Arranging for submission of applications for residence and work permits at the Civil Registry and Migration Department in Nicosia.
- Visiting Governmental and other Authorities for any work that must be carried out in relation to the day to day work of the Corporate Department.
- Filing, administration and other related record keeping tasks.
- Ad hoc secretarial and administrative support to the Corporate Department.
- Fluency in English and Greek, written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and in general, computer skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Any previous experience will be considered an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within specified deadlines.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
